What an incredible service from end to end. From the moment I connected with the team to book a much-needed appointment for an urgent medical referral, to talking with Dr. O and beyond. I was given professional, polite, customer centric service. The Doctor and I even got a laugh in during the consult which was wonderful considering I didn't have any prior connection. He felt like a regular Doctor and was attentive and listened to understand. I would use online GP Telehealth in a heartbeat, not just because they were so polite and kind but also when I couldn't locate an email on my phone, within minutes they resent necessary documents and made sure all was in order.
